Once again Philadelphia has lost one of it's own and a hero in my opinion. To act while off duty is a true sign of selflessness. To those he has left behind, my thoughts and prayers go out to you. May he forever be in your hearts and minds so that he will never truly leave you.

God Bless you Officer Walker and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

Thank you sir for your many years of faithful service to the city of Philadelphia and to America. Please, let's be careful out there. Although I believe that when it is your time to go, there is nothing to stop that but a take home car would have kept this from happening!

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Philadelphia Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother.

P/O Moses Walker was a rarity of a human being, much less a policeman. After 19 years in one of the busiest districts in Philadelphia, Moses continued to brighten rooms with his warm smile, comfort troubled souls with his sympathetic ear, and ease the apprehensions of colleagues with his kind words. Moses was well liked by everyone who had the pleasure of being in his presence, and he was just as dedicated the work of his church as he was to the service of his fellow mankind. The City of Philadelphia has lost a remarkable soul.

RIP my friend, I am certain that you are where you wanted to be; I will not forget your legacy.
