Thank You for your service. All of your friends and family will be in thoughts and prayers!

August 16, 2012 fragile, sudden, broken,... in the wake of such a loss,
we are haunted by things we don’t, and
may never, understand.

Yet the solace we seek may not come from
answers. So we look for comfort in the
belief of love's everlasting connection.

May that love lift you and hold you close, and give you peace.

I am so deeply saddened at the loss of Deputies Nielsen and Triche! How awful to lose two men in the line of duty. My heartfelt condolences to their families and friends and their communities, as well. May God comfort all of you during this time.
