Officer Williams was a great officer who loved to serve. He was always smiling and no matter what the call, or how extreme the conditions, Josh was always upbeat and outgoing. His spirited personality brought the best out in everyone he met. No matter how many times you saw him in a day, he acted as if it was the first, and he was tickled you were there.
We have truly lost someone who was true to the badge, his friends, & most importantly, his family.
We will always pray for Josh and his family. May God be with them during these hard times.
