Today the WPD lost one of it's finest Officers. Jose had a smile that would brighten up any room. I will miss your greetings 'hola amigos' on the MDT'S every morning and you calling off on your lunch break on the phone and saying to us (your dispatchers) 'put me down and call me an asshole'. I've had to work most Sundays,
and at times my talk was rough,
and sometimes I've been violent,
