Jeremiah was a true AMERICAN HERO that was taken by pure evil way before his time, Evil can never be explained, but heroism will always live on. “It is not how he died that made him a hero, but how he lived “.

May your loved ones find some comfort in their happy memories of you, and knowing that you died doing something you loved, were proud of, and believed in, And may we as law enforcement officers carry the torch you passed in a way that honors your memory with honor, love, devotion and integrity.

Its very sad when people shoot and kill someone, but it is even sadder when it's someone who is here to serve and protect you from the very same people who killed him. I did not know Officer Goodson personally, but my boyfriend did, he said he had just talk to him last week at Parkview Activity Center, and all he had for him and his friend was encouraging words. It really touches my heart to know that not only was he tooking from this world because of stupituty, but he have kids that have to grow up with only a memory of a person who left a great memory for so many people. He will be missed and I pray that his family can hold on to his memory in good faith.
