I was at Zion recently and I found myself equally stunned by the beauty and the danger of the monumental cliffs and at a complete loss for words on how careless I saw so many people, especially teens, being on those trails and cliffs. It really gave me a deeper and more profound respect for men like you that brave those conditions to rescue people trapped by their lack of common sense. You saved two lives at the expense of your own. It is both the noblest of the noble and the most egregious waste. I'm crushed by your family's loss but forever reverent for your actions, bravery and sacrifice. God bless.

From the time we were kids Aaron always told me the amazing things he wanted to do when he grew up, he has done that and much more. When I talk to others of someone that was always willing and ready to serve I would always talk of my cousin Aaron. Life will not be the same without you, I look forward to the day when I will agian see that smile that lights up all around it.

Cousin to Trooper Beesley

My God, hikers have caused more heartache, cost more money and taken more lives than is imaginable. Trooper, Beesley, you did your job and no doubt, did it well. How sad that you did have to. You're in my mind, and safe to say in the minds of many, a true hero.

God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

I used to work with Aaron (whom we affectionately called "Beez"). He would come into work with these incredible stories, all of them true. He was a funny guy, with a huge personality. He was always showing us his hi-speed chase videos. He was an interesting man. He was very talented, and held a lot of roles in his church and in his community. He is missed.
