Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are shining our light from above ...may we no longer look at stars the same ...an may we treasure everyday that remains in honor of Reserve Deputy Sheriff William Charles "Charley" Coen ...deepest sympathy to each and all ...
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also....John14:1-3

For Reserve Deputy Charles "Charley" Coen:

The law officer on patrol takes to road every day with an expectation of completing his or her shift, but the types of situations encountered are many. It is unfortunate that some of the most unusual can also be deadly. We regret the loss of our brother Charley in such a horrific and cruel situation,

We pray for Charley's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.

We are proud to render Deputy Charles Coen, a soldier-of-the-law, a final salute.
