I spent 20 years with LAPD as a Reserve Officer. There are no words to express how much my heart aches for your devastating loss. Reserve officers are so very special. They have an unmatched level of dedication. This is a tragedy felt by all in law enforcement. My thoughts and prayers go out to Reserve Deputy Coen's family, friends, and to the Harper County Sheriff's Department. Your loss is a loss for all of us. Deputy Coen, thank you so very much for your amazing dedication and service. Rest easy, my brother, we have the watch.
