Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Trooper Amanda Dorcas Anna

After serving for 35 years on the South Carolina Highway Patrol, it saddens me greatly to see such a young police officer lose their life in such a tragic way. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family and the men and women that were her co-workers. We must remember how she celebrated life and continue her legacy. God Bless and keep each one of you that knew and loved her.

May GOD bless you, your family and fellow LEOs with his UNENDING LOVE and protection. You serve to me as an inspiration and example to follow and hopefully someday, if I work hard enough, I can be a LEO just like you. But more importantly I pray for you and ALL of your family, both personal AND professional. Thank you and GOD BLESS ALL!

Tpr. Anna

From everything I have heard from very close friends you were an absolute joy to be around no matter the situation. Brought a smile to many in the most difficult situations and tough as nails when it was needed. I am very proud of all that you did protecting the very town I grew up in and the town my parents and many friends reside.

Thank You.

Rest in Peace Trooper Anna

A police officer should be remembered not by how she died, but how she lived! A great woman has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the New York State Police. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Sister.
