Joe it has been 10 years since we lost you. It was an honor and privilege to work along side you. The work we did was the highlight of my career. The things that you taught me I still use till this day. We made a real difference out there. Make sure you have a Long Island ice t waiting for me when I see you again. Kenny said you have to give him at a least three.

Joe and I were in Time Square working in 2001 months after 9/11 and personally the death of a loved one for which I was in mourning. Joe made it a easier night to work with his sympathy and kindness. He was a very decent Man.

TO a great guy that I had the privilege to meet in the Police Academy and kept in touch with during my career. Joe had a way of touching peoples lives not only professionally but personally, from the days at the academy when our group use to go out to lunch and hang out during our breaks, to the sad day that I found out of Joes passing. May God bless you and your family, you will never be forgotten.
