Mike, You are Protecting GOD's Eternal Streets & Heavens Gates now, You will be forever missed here upon this earth. You and I had the pleasure of attending several classes together in Pearl, Rankin County, Natchez and down in D"Iberville on several occassions and became close colleagues. I was in a state of anger when we were first notified of the shooting and three Officers from Pearl were injured. Our Detective Division was completely distraught when we heard that you had been killed and David and Shaun were shot and injured. I was unable to sleep Tueday night due to the anguish and anger i was feeling towards the perp who took away your life. As I have done several times before, I was able to release that anger through my writing. I wrote this Poem Tuesday night and modified it some and posted it on face book in your Honor. The following is the Complete Poem written for all of our Brothers who have paid the Supreme sacrifice and are now serving in Heaven. GOD's Speed My brother and may his Caring & Guiding Hands provide comfort to your Wife and Daughter.

GUARDIAN ANGELS

And God sought out & destroyed the evil that was
harming his angels and cast them into the never
ending lake of fire & raised his Guardian Angels from
death and called them protectors and armed them
with Sword & Shield to protect those who serve &
believe in Him, and today these Guardian Angels are
Clothed in Blue, Honorably wear the Shield on their
Chest and are GOD’s Thin Blue Line.
Rest assured My Brothers In Blue that You’re Sacrifice
Shall Never Be Forgotten and Those of us Who Remain,
Shall Continue The Watch, Fight For Right and
Overcome the evil.
