Trooper Javier Arana, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. As we prepare for your funeral services here in El Paso I see and hear so many good things about you. I did not know you well, but I have worn the same uniform so I do know something about you, we share a common love of duty and service. Things are hectic at the moment, but your friends and coworkers who knew you well take the time to share stories and pictures of you and we cannot help but smile as good memories are shared.

Thank you Brother for your service, your life and your sacrifice. As we pause to grieve and honor you, know that we also celebrate your life.

The lights flashing and the siren blaring
A loud crash heard in Heaven above
The angels look below
And rivers of tears begin to flow
The heavens part and open wide
A grand welcome they prepare
For the hero coming home

Rest in Peace Trooper Arana, we will take it from here.

God bless you and your family.
