This is heartbreaking and I am just a plain ol citizen that happens to respect law enforcement and love the shows they have on TV :) The ID channel where they show the real stuff, stories, it is so interesting and it is just sickening how anyone would want to hurt them, even the bad guys it is beyond normal comprehension.
Anyway, my heart shed a tear for this young fellow and goes out to his family and co-workers.
Whoever this inmate is.......even in a cell there is such a thing as karma. This is why the prison system needs to stop catering so much to this heartless thugs, maybe not all of them are totally heartless............please come soon Lord Jesus we are hurting so bad down here.
XOXOXO

For a fallen brothers mourning family I would like to dedicate this poem. My heart goes out to you and your
family in your time of sorrow.

Do Not Stand At my Grave And Weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I did not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there, I did not die.

I am very sadden by the loss of one of our own. We work everyday to protect and serve, and sometimes we don't realize what we do everyday. We are God's shield for the public, we maintain the blanket of safety that protects and serves without hesitation. We will mourn another fallen officer.
May god bless your family

March 20, 2012

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (or through the darkest valley),
I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. REST IN PEACE

I feel bad for ur loved ones that mourn ur loss- may God continue to bless and strengthen them, and in time give them comfort and peace- although the pain will never go away, it gets a bit more tolerable; because only God can heal that pain, through Jesus Christ-
