Dear Trooper Radulescu: What a sad day for all of us. We pray for your family, friends and co-workers so they can deal with the loss of you in their lives. But you will live on in everyone who loved you. Your fellow troopers and all law enforcement will carry on for you. You are now in Heaven with other angels in blue and you must keep all of us safe.

I personally want to thank you for all you did to keep the public safe in Washington. We travel to Washington and have passed many officers helping people. You probably never heard someone say thank you...but you ARE appreciated and loved.

Troopers: Keep your heads held high and be safe!!

Love,
