My heart and prays go out to the family. I can not being to understand how or what you must be feeling. I am so sorry that Officer Radulescu was taken in a senseless act. To his fellow law enforcement brothers and sisters, my prays are with you and to Office Radulescu, may you rest in peace. Your service and dedication to your work will never be forgotten.
