Trooper Tony was a great friend and a great trooper. He loved what he did and he was the very best at his job. He was caring, loving and professional to the core. I had the pleasure of knowing him for 12+ years and I will miss him greatly. The world lost a great human being and a wonderful person.

I am a former dispatcher who worked with Tony for about a year and a half. He was always happy to be at work and always had a smile on his face. He loved to come in to radio and chat with us on graveyard. RIP Tony

My heart and thoughts go out to Trooper Tony's family, and all the officers and friends he left behind. Unfortunate event that makes me so sad every time a law enforcement officer is hurt or killed. We should live in a safe world where no one is killed or injured. May you rest in peace.

I was recently rear-ended on my way to work, and when I called, two WSP troopers showed up to help. They were there for me when I needed them, and took great care of me. It is a sick violation of our community when a LEO is struck down in the line of duty, and this incident is no different. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends, and co-workers of Trooper Radulescu. May God give you aid and comfort in this time of great sadness. I hope that all in our community take this time to remember the sacrifices all who serve us make, and say a prayer for the safety of all first responders and service members out there. We can never repay all you have given for us...

Forget Me Not

Forget me not, for I am there
In the beat of your heart,
On the wing of your prayer.

Forgive me my parting and leaving you thus,
A joyous reunion is waiting for us!

Continue to strive toward your goal and be brave.
Know that my love didn't stop at the grave.

My spirit is with you through good times and bad.
I share all the joys and the sorrows you've had.

Feel my presence within your next breath
And realize there's no distance in death.

Ask for my help and I'll answer your call.
Reach for my hand when you stumble and fall.

Run the last mile with a smile on your face.
My arms will be waiting when you finish the race.

Always remember, my love is right there
In the beat of your heart,
On the wing of your prayer.

Our entire family is devastated by the shooting death of our friend, Tony. As a former neighbor in Port Orchard, I knew right away that Tony was an amazing young man. As a senior living by myself, he was always ready to help if needed...and always there for me. My grandson played soccer with Erick and my son coached both of them.
We all pray for his family to be able to deal with this, knowing that Tony was very much loved and respected by everyone who knew him.
