Sincerest condolences to the family of Officer Thomas and the Atlanta PD. We mourn a similar loss with Officer Garret Davis here in Honolulu PD last saturday. He was assisting a couple that stalled on the freeway in the fast lane. Unfortunately Hawaii does not have a move over law. Steps are being made to pass the bill to make it law.

Once again, sincerest condolences to a Sister Officer.

You didn't shake hands when you saw GT, you got hugs. And you were blessed by her ever-present smile. Her smile alone was enough to bring you up when you were feeling down or having a bad day. She was a bright light on a dark night, a good officer, a great mother and a wonderful friend. The world is a lesser place without her.

Gail was an amazing officer. She was tough when she needed to be, but kind, funny, and very positive. I will always remember her smile when I think of her. She will be so missed. Those who knew her were blessed. RIP Gail, we have the watch now.
