Dear Family and Fellow Officers os Crespo-Mandry our heart are with you during this terrible time. We visited again in Puerto Rico this past summer and had such a nice time and got several pictures with the bicycle cops and the station in San Juan. Such a tragedy for one who obviously loved what he was doing to have given so many years.

We honor your devotion to duty.
