Courage, honor, pride comes natural to these Hero's.
Everyday sun rises and so do their Will to protect and serve those in need.
We all choose a path that is self indulgent and safe.
But these guards choose to be in the battle ground everyday without care of seeing tomorrow to combat our fights.
These protectors are rarely appreciated and usually forgotten.
To me that is the biggest crime of all.
Shame that we take them for granted.
These hero's think that it is just a job, an ordinary job to take on risks so that we can sleep.
They are Her's yet shy from taking the credit.
They down play the fear of loosing their lives at any given moment.
God Bless such humble hero's.
i salute them and wish them much happiness!

Thank You
Thankful Civilian

Officer Figoski,
Hearing of your loss brought me great loss...But beyond all else, your loss struck close to home. Less than 4 months ago I worked in the city of Greensboro, and the scumbag that shot you roamed the streets of the city I worked...

I am sorry to hear of your loss, and to your family and friends, I am sincerely appreciative of your work...

Godspeed Brother...

"Down these mean streets a man must go who is not himself mean, who is neither tarnished nor afraid... He is the hero, he is everything. He must be a complete man and a common man and yet an unusual man. He must be, to use a rather weathered phrase, a man of honor, by instinct, by inevitability, without thought of it, and certainly without saying it. He must be the best man in his world and a good enough man for any world."

Because of cops like you the 075 pct. which used to see over 100 homicides a year now only sees a small fraction of that.
