For Police Officer Anthony Giniewicz:

The law officer faces high risk and imminent danger at all times. Those dangerous situations that occur in a matter of seconds can bring about horrors such as our brother Tony encountered so long ago leaving him severely disabled over 25 years. My fervent wish is that the realm of the devil awaits those responsible with a special brand of misery.

We pray for Tony's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. We are thankful for those among them who have reached-out in even the smallest manner to ease his pain, and that they may continue to support one another at this time.

We are proud to render Officer Anthony Giniewicz, a brave and noble soldier-of-the-law who has suffered an eternity, a final salute.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)
Pennsylvania State Police

The death of Officer Giniewicz is especially saddening to me. My condolences to his family. It's sad that he had to live so many years being paralyzed. That is so disheartening. To you, his family, I wish you well, and that the Lord would bring peace to your home.

RIP Officer Giniewics, and thank you for your service in keeping your community safe.
