i can't believe my Mikey is gone. although we only spoke on occassion, you were a true friend of mine. i'll always remember the training room before football games - even as psyched as you were about the upcoming game, you always made sure to say something nice or to make sure we (women) were all respected.

your smiling face always lit up a room!!!

may you rest in peace by your Dad's side; your family and friends will miss you, but you'll still be protecting them from above.

love you Mikey - gone, but NEVER forgotten...

Mike and I had mutual friends in college but became closer while we were Teachers aides in an Alternative school. I can remember when he first got on the job, he was so excited. His girlfriend at the time was struggling with his hours and he would joke, "Kris your a cops kid and niece you know how it is, explain it to her." Even after I moved to Georgia there is not a holiday or birthday that would go by that I would not text or call him. And just about every birthday he would ask where is his cake. Getting that phone call yesterday is the one every family member of an officer or fireman dreads. Its not any easier when its one of your friends. My heart goes out to his family. Love and Miss you Mike!
