Patrolman Kotecki,
I was saddened to hear of your tragic murder. To your wife and children, I am so sorry for your loss. I am grateful to law enforcement officers all over the country for the sacrifices they and their families make to keep the communities safe. I hope the community will embrace Patrolman Kotecki's family and the Lower Burrell Police Department. I have a friend on this site that I check on regularly and saw this. Please know that law enforcement officers every where are praying for all of you. You are not alone.
