Iowa lost a dedicated law enforcement professional. Having attending the academy with Trooper Toney I can tell you first his hand he was as dedicated to the uniform as you can get. He had a great heart and he will be missed.

Trooper Toney's family should know their extended law enforcement family continue to hold them up in prayer.
