For Agent Emiliano Torres-Soto:

Our duty as law officers takes us from the mundane into a world of high risk and imminent danger is a matter of seconds. We regret that our brother Emiliano would be the latest law officer to lose his life in the protection of the citizens at large. Fate, apparently, has deemed it to be so. Emiliano was a man of enormous courage and exceptionally brave.

We pray for Emiiano's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.

We are proud to render Agent Emiliano Torres-Soto a final salute. Despedida, Soldada of the Ley!
