The sound of gunfire echoes,
Angels look down in sorrow,
Another officer has fallen,
The Gates of Heaven swing open,
A hero is welcomed home.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. (Matthew 5:9)

I worked this off duty assignment numerous times with Rolando. To put it simply he was awesome to work with. He was very professional and courteous to all in the performance of his duties. Yet he had a sense of humor that was second to none. The Buckeye Police Department has definitely lost a great Police Officer. I will miss you my brother and thank you once again for always having my back.
