I last posted a reflection regarding Kevin exactly two years ago in this date, and what I posted back in 2018 continues to hold true today; Trooper Kevin Patrick Dobson, Sr will never ever be forgotten. Additionally, may God always watch over and bless Kevin's three children.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

As Long as I live I will never forget the Love that was Demonstrated for Trooper Dobson and his family. As a Catholic Deacon I served the family at the Funeral Home along with Trooper Dan Galinsky (also a Catholic Deacon. I also aerved at the Funeral Add Grave side service along with Deacon Trooper Dan. I created remebrance plaques for all of the police dept. main offices around the city of Buffalo. Kevins's face badge number are featured on the Plaque. I pray for his eternal soul and also his children father Dick Dobson and his entire family. My father in law was a Sargeant in the Detroit Police Dept for 30 years. I will always be there to assist the troopers in any way I can be of service to the PBA and the Western NY Troopers.
May Kevin be at rest forever in God's Love

This is a portion of an article that appeared in my Local paper 12/19/2013: "... On Wednesday, executives
from the cardiovascular
tissue-processing bank
CryoLife presented the state
police with a plaque honoring
Kevin Dobson, whose
donations have helped
enhance the lives of 70
people.
Then on New Year’s Day,
the Rose Bowl Parade in
California will feature a large
portrait of Dobson made
of dried fl owers, seeds and
other organic materials.

What a tribute!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the first anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I pray for solace for all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. Your family is in my heart's embrace. Thanks to your friends for sharing their memories and devotion to you through their reflections.

Rest In Peace.
