Being from a small rural town I understand how close a town can become with their Men in Blue. I'm from Springfield, Co. and once lived along the I-70 corridor that being, Burlington and Flagler so, I've been through Limon many times and have friends there. I did not know Jay however one of our security officers Tyler Yowell was like a brother. Tyler told lots of stories about Jay and what a great person he was and great mentor. I feel like I knew him.
