Officer Haworth, (Mandy),

I want to personally thank you for your service and your sacrifice. I look back at Junior High (you were a great teammate and athlete) and High School and can't believe how many of us from Sunset High became police officers. I wasn't surprised to hear you became one too. You fit the mold.

But now I think of you, your parents, your son and it breaks my heart. I know the pain they feel knowing they wont hear your voice, your laugh or your touch. The emptiness they feel. You are an angel and will continue to protect your son, family, and your brothers and sisters in blue.

God Bless and God Speed, sister!

Your classmate, teammate, and sister in blue
