Reflections for Chief of Police Ralph Arthur Painter

I did not know Chief Painter personaly, but anytime an officer is lost in the line of duty it is a sad day for the family, officers of his/her department, community and law enforcement community.

I would like to express my condolences to the family who lost so much this morning, and the department/city that also is experiencing a great loss.
