Reflections for Chief of Police Ralph Arthur Painter

Ralph was excellent at his job. He was fair and honest. I felt safe knowing he was there if I ever needed him. His passing leaves a huge hole in many hearts and in his community. I pray for his family and friends as they struggle to go on without him.....RIP Ralph.
