Special Agent Delmas, you gave your life helping to protect one of America's greatest assets, the Railroad. You are a hero, not just for that, but your effort to aprehend two bags of filth who proved they had no regard for human life, especially for that of a law enforcement officer. Those brothers went straight to hell, whereas you went straight to Heaven.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
