Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy First Class Brandon Lee Coates

GOD has Brandon in his arms and we are left with empty ones. The day will come when we all can embrace Brandon again. Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of GOD". Who is going to make me aware my cover is not on straight now? Who am I going to tell how much I hate these taps on my shoes? I will miss standing next to you at Honor Guard, but I find peace in knowing you will be watching us from heven and promise I won't let you down.

Orange County Sheriff's Office

On behalf of all State Troopers, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Deputy Coates family, especially to his wife.
I have worked in Orange County before transferring to Miami and have always counted on Orange County Deputies to back me up during my traffic stops. Just like they have always been there for us, I want you to know that we are here for you. Mrs. Coates rest assured that your husband is looking down at all of us keeping us safe. May his soul rest in peace with God. Stay safe my brothers and sisters.
