For Police Officer Patrick Sirois:

Our duty as law officers is such that the most dedicated among us offer service to others in-need at every opportunity. We regret that our brother Patrick, especially on a day of visitation and engaging family, would forfeit his life helping a total stranger.

We pray for Patrick's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.

I am proud to render Officer Patrick Sirois a final salute.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)

Your gave your life around Thanksgiving, so another could continue to enjoy theirs. I read about your passing the day after this happened and said a prayer on Thanksgiving. You showed what the meaning of "Peace Officer" truly is. From the north, we wish you Godspeed on your new assignment!

If walking in our Police calling makes us a Hero, then are we not already Heros, not realized or recognized by others? The question for Pat each day was, who's Hero would he be today. I love you my Big Brother, friend, teacher, and HERO. You will always be on bikes and patrol with me. "Biker Boyz" Patrol 822/823 (Pat/Sully) forever. I will remember you always.

Pat, I was devastated when I heard the news as was Nicole when I had to call her to tell her. You were a dedicated officer that was always there for us all whenever we called upon you for assistance-and even when we didn’t. Your actions were in “true Pat fashion”-always assisting other officers and public citizens both on and off post even when off-duty. Your tireless motivation and love for the job was a true inspiration to us all, and will motivate us to carry on your legacy. Now when I wear a shirt and tie to work I will always think of you. You may be gone but you will forever remain the hearts, thoughts and prayers of everyone you came in contact with. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me, brother. Rest In Peace Pat. Your friend, your fellow retiree, your fellow officer, “416”.
