MAY OUR PERFECT GOD BLESS AND KEEP THE GROVE FAMILY AT THIS VERY SAD TIME. AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND HUNTER WHO HAS ENJOYED THE WILDS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA WOODS, I CAN APPRECIATE THE JOB AND DEDICATION THAT WCO GROVE WAS DOING. SO OFTEN IT IS A THANKLESS JOB. I HOPE PEOPLE WILL REFLECT ON THIS GREAT LOSS OF A BRIGHT LIFE AND APPRECIATE THOSE WHO DAILY PUT IT ON THE LINE SO THAT OTHERS CAN LIVE IN PEACE AND GO ON WITH THEIR UN-INTERUPTED LIVES.

Our sincere condolences go out to the family of Officer Grove. How terrible would it be to hear a knock on the door late at night and know it brings tragedy. I pray for the safety of all who put themselves in harm's way every day: police, firemen, EMTs, and ask God to keep them safe while they do their very difficult jobs. Every time I hear a siren, I send another prayer. God bless Officer Groves's family and friends.

It breaks my heart to hear of another tragic loss on this date. As I was sitting at my computer leaving a reflection on my daddy's page on the 6th anniversary of his untimely passing, I was praying for all LEOs who were still working. At the same time, Officer Grove was making his last stop. I'm so sorry for your family; I know too well the path they are beginning today. God bless them, and rest your soul. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. You won't be forgotten.

My heart wrenches hearing about this as I woke up this morning. Having just got home from a hunting trip in Pennsylvania and knowing the hard work all the WCO's for the PGC do, it is truly awful news to hear. Thank you for your service in protecting the citizens of Pennsylvania and its wildlife resources. Rest in Peace brother!
