I am sorry for the loss of this officer and regret that the shooter is still at large. I hope that justice is brought to the person that committed this tragic incident. No officer's life should have to be taken over something so simple to handle in the courts. I hope that Officer Bonaminio's soul rest peacefully in the afterlife and may his family be watched over and protected in this time of need. May Bonaminio's knowledge and friendship and courage live on in those of us that take the oath and stand a post in the future.
