Deepest sympathies to your family and co-workers. This was such a preventable accident. Why judges insist on removing restraints from dangerous felons escapes me. I have seen attorney's and officers assaulted as a result. Corrections is a very difficult field of law enforcement and rarely gets the credit it's due. God bless you and your family.

Omg this is such a tragedy...my heart and prayers go out to this officer's family..... So unnecessary. The judge that ordered this delinquent unshackled hopefully shares this terribly learned lesson.... RIP Tracy.
