My prayers are with Trooper Hall's family, friends and the entire Connecticut State Police family. I am very sorry for your loss. Officers - Please, Please, Please enforce your State's move over laws agressively. We must make the public aware of the dangers we face on our highways when we make stops and get them to pay attention.
