I'm just ripped apart at the tragic loss of Matthew. I just saw him 3 days ago, spoke to him about his wife, Shannon. He was one of the most loving & caring husbands I have come across. My deepest sympathy goes out to Shannon, his children, the Taylor P.D. & all his brothers in Blue. RIP Matthew.
