Matthew, I am 31 and have two children and a wife. I know you did all you could as I do all I can. I beleive that my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will watch over your family for you. As He does mine; you are a Hero, protecting others while leaving your family at home.
I am sad as I am proud of your commitment to Law Enforcement and your untimely passing. The world will be one person short of a Good Man. And God will be one person more of a perfect Heaven!

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.
