Reflections for Constable Thomas J. O'Sullivan

While your assailants may have scraped justice here on earth, they surely faced a higher justice at a later time. Thank you for your service and please know that no passage of time will ever erase your sacrifice. Rest in peace always.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the one hundred and third anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Constable Sullivan, according to the Memorial Page, you wore many hats, Police Officer, Railroad Detective and State Constable. You obviously had a calling to serve and protect and I admire you for that. Though the memorial says that the suspects were never captured, I believe with all my heart that they faced true justice for their crimes, if not in this life, then in the next.

On this 103rd anniversary of your murder, I pray that you will continue to Rest in Peace and I know God has Blessed you, Brother.
