I worked with Renee for several years including 2 in the same car many nights. She was a dedicated cop and a relentless personality. She was also a dear and loyal friend who lived life on her terms. Tough as nails she would give and take with bad guys as well as anyone. God better rest her soul or he's going to get an earful.
There are many dedicated and loving cops who worked tirelessly to make this recognition happen for Renee and many like her--you have done God's work on behalf of Renee and her family.

We may never know exactly how many total victims there will eventually be from the World Trade Center attack. The scum who did this did their jobs quite well and will burn in hell for it for all eternity. That is my true belief.

Officer Dunbar, you did what you could to aid those in need despite the risks. You truly are a hero and I admire and respect you for it.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Sister.
