Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Kenneth James Collier

How many more are we going to loose to drunk driving? My thoughts and prayers are with Deputy Ken Collier's family. I know all to well the pain they are going through. My bother-in-law Suffolk County(NY) Policer Officer Glen Ciano was killed by a drunk diver in the line of duty on 2/22/2009. RIP
