Trooper Richey: Thank you for your service. I am sure when you started each shift, you knew of the possibility. You knew of the potential danger. But Duty called, and you answered. You served justice to the people of our state and country. You answered the call with uncanny bravery and integrity; You did what each officer does each day and did not hesitate and in the end you helped rid the world of another evil gutless coward. Thank you for your service and commitment to fighting the evils of our society. May you rest in peace and may God provide special watch to your family in the days ahead until your are once again united with them again.
