Reflections for Trooper Paul Garmong Richey

Tpr. Richey,

Although you will not read any of the posts here you were an asset to the citizens you served.

You will be missed!

It is a shame that you had to " lay down your life as others have done before you".

I never had the honor of meeting you or your family, but I served with the same family and wore the same uniform as you. I hope the rest of the PSP and other active duty Officers throughout our great country serve with your dedication.

May you rest in peace!!!!
