To Mike's friends and family, I am sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
To the folks that did not know Mike, he was a special kind of person...not unlike many LEO's but Mike had that "something" going for him. Even if you had met Mike one time you could feel his passion for the job, you could feel his passion for his country--his sense of honor, courage and commitment. A decorated Marine and SA he seemed to be larger than life; but he wasn't...he was just Mike. God bless the families of those lost during the operation and keep those that still fight the fight in your thoughts and prayers. Semper fi brother, we now have the watch!
