It is with sincere regrets that I write and give my final salute to Officer Julius Moore for his unselfish service to the city of St. Louis, Missouri. You answered the call and of yourself you gave your all, and a part of America died. God extends to you my brother: "Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant!" I am so sorry for your loss. Please try to take one day at a time and lean on each other for support. The officers in St. Louis and the citizens are really great and will be there to help support you. It has been 5 years since my brother was taken from us and we still think about and miss him every day.
