For Police Officer Julius Moore:

Our duty as law officers takes into dangerous situations, but none so deadly as traversing a United States highway.
We go on duty expecting most all that awaits us and then return to the safety of our homes and the love of our family. No matter the training and the cautioning the risk of a traffic fatality is a reality.

For our brother Julius, we pray for his family, his friends, his co-workers and all who care about him. May they remember the moments best that they embraced him as a husband, father, other relative or friend. Know that he now stands among a legion of other heros who will welcome him among them as a fellow protector and servant of his fellow man.

I am proud to render Officer Julius Moore a final aalute.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)
Pennylvania State Police

To Officer Julius Moore, to all family members and friends who call him beloved, and to his law enforcement family:

I was sorry to learn of Julius' death and extend my sincerest condolences on the grievous loss you have suffered. Words are insufficient to describe the sadness I feel for the Moore family. May you find comfort in your faith and the support of the law enforcement community.

There are many police survivors who share this same journey with you, and that community will be there to support you. Julius' memory will be forever honored and revered.
