To the family, friends and fellow agents who knew and loved Agent Rosas: May God hold you in His tender mercies and wrap you with the comfort of His love. Robert, I knew you not but "wearing the green" is a testament of being a hero. As a "survivor" I can tell your family that the pain, anger, and sense of loss will never go away but, time will diminish the sting. Be strong and lean heavily on those who care. Rest in peace Agent Rosas. You are truly a HERO in every sense of the word.

Robert, there is a lot of us in green that never met you, but I can tell you that we all felt the same way when we heard about your death; mixed feelings of hurt, anger, and sadness. It brought tears to our eyes to see your beautiful son place a rose petal on your coffin. Please, remember that we will never forget you and your service to our country. Your tragic loss just reminded all of us why we must continue to do the job that we do every day; so that we can protect this country from cowards like the ones that took your life. Your passing will not be in vain. Our Prayers go out to you and your beautiful family. Rest in peace Brother.
