From talking with alot of mutual friends I wish I would have had the pleasure to work with you. You left such a positive image with all that had the please to work not only by your side but supervisors alike. You did in awseome job in your 23 short years while you were here. You left us in a way that not many do. You were respected by your friends, peers, supervisors, teammates, and most importantly your FAMILY. I just left your funeral and it broke my heart to see the pain your mother, father, brother, and fiance are all going through. Please god give his wonderful family the strength they need to get this this difficult time. You will be thought of next week at the Law Enforcement Games. I know you were so excited about playing. Before taking the field each game my team will say a short prayer in your memory. Watch over not just our agency but all law enforcment and keep us safe.

I came to say good bye to you today Gio. I spoke with a fellow officer you rode with who was standing by your casket in the funeral home. I saw the pain in his face and the loss in his eyes. he was a good friend of yours. I gave him a hug and tried to reassure him that you are watching over him and all of us who serve. We shed tears and parted ways. I never had th pleasure of meeting you but I saw the out pour from your family we fellow officers that you were loved. We won't forget you and willkeep you in our hearts. Watch over us while we serve the people we are sworn to protect. God bless the family who suffered this loss.
