Chad,

I still can't believe when my phone rang and I heard of your accident. It's been about 1 1/2 years since we spoke. I remember Co-Instructing so many basic classes with you, and how much enthusiasm that you showed in the class room. The last time I saw you, I gave you and another k-9 Deputy an escort to the animal hospital.

I pray for you and your family. RIP Chad!!!

Chad Carr was, and is, one of the best people I have ever had the oppotunity to call my friend. His smile could brighten a room, his personality could make anyone feel like they were special.
Chad, words cannot express the emptiness I have felt since you went to be with God. You have your job cut out for you as you watch over us. I will do my best to keep the "boys" safe.
Rest in peace my dear friend. I love you!
