I worked with a lot of good men and women over the years, but I have to say that Earl was without doubt one of the best. Earl will be missed by a lot of people and his role within the department as a leader and a friend will never be replaced. Earl, thank you for your many years of service to the public, you are an inspiration to officers like me who have several years left. I will never forget you.
